justteachers teaching agency is recruiting for a passionate Behaviour Mentor to work within one of our partner specialist provision schools located near Kings Lynn.
This role involves supporting pupils who may have experienced significant periods of disengagement and disaffection in their education. The school specializes in delivering quality education for children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH) and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).

This position is in a highly supportive school, starting in September 2024 and is a permanent role. The school is also open to an immediate start for the right candidate.
About the role:
- Full-time Behaviour Mentor – Monday to Friday
- Support pupils aged 11 – 16 with their educational and emotional needs
- Work as part of a team to support learning and behaviour
Role requirements:
- Experience working in an educational setting
- Experience with vulnerable students, particularly those with SEMH needs, is preferred
- Resilience and the ability to manage challenging behaviours
- A sense of humour and ability to form relationships quickly
