They are looking to recruit a skilled and effective teacher and this role may provide an exciting and challenging opportunity for an ECT with strong behaviour management or an ambitious practitioner wishing to further develop their career.
The successful candidate will be able to offer engagement, stretch, support and challenge to all learners. They will be able to accurately assess the progress and achievement of students, groups and cohorts and provide appropriate provision to ensure progress of all is maximised. You will need a can-do attitude with a belief that all pupils have the ability to succeed and have high standards for teaching and learning.
