Justteachers Teaching Agency is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated French Teacher to join one of our partner secondary academy schools based in Spalding.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging MFL/French lessons that spark students’ interest in languages and cultures.
  • Employ a variety of teaching techniques and resources to meet the diverse needs of learners.
  • Assess student progress through a mix of practical and written evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel encouraged to participate and explore new languages.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to organise language clubs, cultural events, and extracurricular activities that enhance the MFL curriculum.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in language education and integrate innovative practices into your teaching.

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching Modern Foreign Languages at the secondary level, with a genuine passion for the subject.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements for MFL.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage students.
  • A commitment to promoting language learning, cultural awareness, and global citizenship.
  • Dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative approach within a school environment.
  • Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
