Justteachers Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced and dedicated SEMH Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Coventry. This is a full-time position, requiring planning and marking responsibilities, in a school that specializes in supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with SEMH.
Provide a nurturing and structured environment to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
Develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor students’ progress effectively.
Implement strategies to manage challenging behavior in line with school policies.
Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external agencies to provide holistic support for students.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes resilience and self-confidence.

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Proven experience working with students with SEMH needs or relevant behavioral management training.
Strong understanding of SEMH strategies and inclusive teaching practices.
Excellent classroom and behavior management skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable students.
