This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about helping young people overcome challenges related to mental health, providing them with the support they need to thrive both academically and emotionally.
About the Role: As a Mental Health Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. You will play a vital role in helping them engage with their education, build resilience, and develop positive coping strategies. Working within an alternative provision, you’ll support students who may have struggled in mainstream education, ensuring they have the tools and guidance to succeed.
