We are currently recruiting for a number of SEN support roles (TA, HLTA and Learning Mentor) for the remainder of 2011 and 2012.

If you have experience working in SEN environments and raising educational outcomes for young people with varying special needs Beth our dedicated Special Needs Consultant would like to hear from you.

A number of roles exist in EBD, ESBD and PRU settings as well as PMLD, SCLN special needs schools supporting Moderate, Severe and Specific Learning Difficulties.

If you have - a minimum of 6-12 months experience within the special needs education sector,

- have nurturing qualities which mean young people feel they are learning, growing and developing in a safe environment,

- the ability to think on your feet and be an important resource to the class leader,

- are able to take responsibility and show leadership whilst the leader may be occupied,

- have a certificate in a positive handling strategy.
