Special Needs teachers required at a Primary & Secondary SEN school for day to day cover, possible 5 days per week long-term or permanent contract – Depending on successful applicant, earning up to £135 per day

Our client, an SEN School catering for both Primary & Secondary students, currently have vacancies for both  Primary & Secondary SEN  teachers, working across all key stages in special needs schools dealing with EBD (emotional and behavioural difficulties), ASD ( autistic Spectrum Disorder), MLD (Moderate learning difficulties), SLD (severe learning difficulties) & PMLD (profound & multiple learning difficulties) pupils on a day to day basis, possible 5 days per week.

Person Specification

• Be qualified to teach within a UK Secondary school
• At least 1 Year UK experience within an SEN environment, 2 years experience including overseas.
• A good knowledge of theUKnational curriculum
• A clear CRB disclosure
• A passion to teach in a forward thinking school making a difference to students with Special Needs
• A desire to work closely with a very successful team
• Be committed to work the full duration of the contract
• Must have QTS and at least 2 years experience working with special needs pupils. A knowledge of team teach would be advantageous.
