We are  looking for a Head of Department of Science, to work at a well established Secondary School which has recently undergone an Ofsted inspection and have had very pleasing  results throughout all departments, as well as better than average GCSE results for 2009. The school ethos is inspiring their pupils to reach their full potential and to provide supportive and constructive environment for both pupils and staff. All departments have a special kinship and so the new Head of Department would be a true leader and passionate in securing a firm grasp of the department and the ability and energy to drive the department forward.
The position is a permanent position to commence from November 2009 or as soon as the selected candidate is available to take up the position. Are you available for this job?
